For your first visit
Get a head start with digital new patient forms
At Madrona Dental Care, new patient forms are completed online before your appointment, so your time in the office can stay focused on your health, your questions, and a thorough evaluation. Completing your medical and dental history in advance helps Dr. Gray review important details before you arrive and supports the kind of thoughtful, comprehensive care the practice is known for. It also makes your first visit feel more organized, efficient, and less rushed from the moment you walk in.

Your first visit is designed to give Dr. Gray the information he needs to understand your oral health in depth and to help you understand it, too.
Through detailed records, diagnostic photos, x-rays, bacterial screening, and a comprehensive risk assessment, we look at where your health stands today and what may affect it in the future. From there, Dr. Gray walks you through his findings and discusses your options in a way that feels clear and useful.
Your visit includes:
Comprehensive oral assessment
All necessary x-rays
Diagnostic photographs
Bacterial screening test
Oral cancer screening
Periodontal assessment
Comprehensive risk assessment

Clear guidance from the very beginning
Madrona Dental Care is a fee-for-service practice, which means care is not shaped by insurance network limitations. Even so, the team is happy to bill your insurance when possible and help you understand what benefits may be available to you. If you have questions before your visit, the office can help you navigate the process and know what to expect.

Elevated care, made accessible
Flexible financing for the care you need
For patients who would prefer to break treatment costs into manageable payments, Madrona Dental Care works with financing options that can help make care more approachable. If you have questions about how financing works or whether it may be a fit for your situation, the team is available to help you understand your options before moving forward.

Your questions, answered
Good dental care starts with understanding what's happening and why. Dr. Gray has spent his career not just treating patients, but teaching them. That commitment to honest, thorough explanation is part of what drew him to the Kois Center, a postgraduate institute in Seattle widely regarded as one of the most rigorous continuing education programs in dentistry.
The resources below reflect that same philosophy: evidence-based, clearly explained, and designed to help you make informed decisions about your care.

Come in with questions. Leave with clarity.
Whether you're in need of preventive care, restorative treatments, or a more complete understanding of your oral health, Dr. Gray and the Madrona Dental Care team are here to help.
