All on X
In this case, Dr. Gray worked closely with an oral surgeon to provide implant-supported prosthetics. Diagnosis and treatment planning were completed in Dr. Gray’s office, and on the day of surgery, the team delivered healing appliances. After the healing phase, final prosthetic appliances supported by dental implants were fabricated to restore the patient’s smile.

Anterior Veneers
This patient wanted to improve the overall appearance of her smile while keeping the treatment as conservative as possible. Upper anterior veneers were used to refine the shape and color of her front teeth, creating a brighter, more balanced result that still felt natural.

Anterior Veneers
This patient wanted to improve the size and spacing of his upper front teeth. Upper anterior veneers were used to create a more even, proportionate smile while supporting the patient’s esthetic goals.

Full-Mouth Rehabilitation
This patient had multiple failing crowns and recession related to an underlying bite problem. After using a deprogrammer to better understand the patient’s jaw position and bite relationship, Dr. Gray restored the mouth with crowns designed to improve both function and appearance.

Full-Mouth Rehabilitation
This patient was experiencing wear on the inside surfaces of her upper teeth due to a bite-related concern. Dr. Gray addressed the issue by restoring the upper teeth with crowns, helping improve the health, function, and stability of her smile.

Full-Mouth Rehabilitation
This patient experienced significant health challenges that affected her oral health. Dr. Gray completed a full-mouth rehabilitation using gum recontouring, crowns, and implant-supported crowns to help restore function, appearance, and confidence.

Full-Mouth Rehabilitation
This patient was concerned about the appearance of his upper front teeth, which had worn down due to a bite problem rather than grinding. A deprogrammer was used to identify a more ideal jaw relationship, then the upper arch and lower back teeth were restored with crowns to support a more functional, balanced smile.

Full-Mouth Rehabilitation
This patient presented with a bite problem that contributed to reflexive clenching and damage to previous restorative work. Dr. Gray used a deprogrammer to find a more comfortable jaw relationship, then restored the teeth with a combination of crowns and bridges to improve function and stability.

Anterior Bridge
This bridge was replaced after recurrent tooth decay affected the previous restoration. The result shows how careful planning can improve both function and esthetics, including the way the replacement tooth appears to emerge naturally from the gum tissue rather than resting on top of it.

Anterior filling
This simple one-visit case involved replacing an old, poorly contoured composite filling with a new direct composite restoration. The goal was to improve the tooth’s shape, blend, and overall appearance in a conservative way.

Anterior filling and crown
In this case, an old crown and an old filling were replaced to refresh the patient’s smile. The updated restorations helped improve the appearance of the front teeth while supporting renewed confidence.

Anterior fillings
This case involved treating a small lateral incisor with a direct composite veneer and restoring the adjacent canine with a new direct composite filling. The result helped improve symmetry and contour while preserving a conservative treatment approach.

Direct composite veneers
This patient was unhappy with the appearance of spaces between her teeth. Direct composite veneers were used to close the spaces and create a more balanced smile through a conservative approach.

Transitional Treatment
"This full-mouth rehabilitation case is still in progress. The patient was cracking and breaking back teeth and wearing down front teeth due to a bite problem. Dr. Gray used a deprogrammer to identify a more comfortable jaw relationship, then completed a digital smile design. Using that design, the patient received transitional bonding through a process called injection molding. This allows the patient to “test drive” the new bite before moving into permanent crowns and also makes it possible to phase treatment over time."
